MILLION TEENAGE MARCH/ April 11,2008

APRIL 11,2008

The Stopping the Violence Foundation would like to host the first annual Million Teenage March in Atlanta, Georgia for our youth. The march would be for children and teens to march for safe neighborhoods, safe homes and safe schools. All to often every school year young people are killed through teen violence in school or unsafe homes with guns and teen fights in neighborhoods . We will have Guest Speakers who have been affected through teen violence,we will have victims of violence we will have funeral directors to speak about how many youth they bury at their funeral homes per year. We will have Teen artist performing and also speaking about street life violence and how they over came adversity .I am looking to open 10 facilities in our highest crime cities on the East Coast. These facilities will be a safe haven for our youth and teens who face the daily battle of of crimes in their neighborhoods , homes and schools. All too often our children are the innocent victims of senseless crime. The guns in the hands of teens are killing teens all around the country everyday .Too many of our youth take the law in their own hands rather than seek adult guidance because according to them the isn't any. I need the support of the Community all around the world to help in my plight to combat youth violence. We need to open more safe havens than liquor stores on the corner. This is an epidemic spiraling out of control amongst our young people. So I am reaching out to people to whom wish to see this crime stopped and our future favored with their lives. For all 10 facilities to be created I need the funding support of the community , business and faith-based community.
